    Antique Brass trephine, bone drill, surgeon’s tool
    Found in a box of very old antique tools.    Offered as-found and needs a proper
    cleaning.

    and for some reason the brass treaded piece is open to the handle on this one.  Normally
    we see them assembled opening pointed toward the drill bit.
